We do not use medical or case information for any purpose other than evaluating, funding, servicing, and (where applicable) enforcing your funding agreement.

- Your attorney or law firm, to coordinate your funding application and case
- Co-funding partners or participants in your specific funding transaction, where applicable
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as e-signature (DocuSign), cloud file storage, accounting, and payment processing — solely to the extent needed to perform those functions
- Professional advisors, such as our accountants and attorneys
- Government authorities or regulators, where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets
