Information from your attorney or law firm. With your authorization, we may receive case updates, medical records or summaries, settlement information, and related documentation directly from your attorney’s office.

  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referring/exit pages

  • Send you service-related communications (and, where you have separately opted in, text messages as described in our Text Messaging Privacy Policy)

We do not use medical or case information for any purpose other than evaluating, funding, servicing, and (where applicable) enforcing your funding agreement.

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Your attorney or law firm, to coordinate your funding application and case
  • Co-funding partners or participants in your specific funding transaction, where applicable
  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as e-signature (DocuSign), cloud file storage, accounting, and payment processing — solely to the extent needed to perform those functions
  • Professional advisors, such as our accountants and attorneys
  • Government authorities or regulators, where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets
